Disclaimer and terms of use

What this tool does. It helps you check which evidence you hold against the NDIS Practice Standards and produces a gap report. It is preparation support only: not an assessment, audit, certification or approval, and not produced or endorsed by the NDIS. Only an approved quality auditor or the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission can assess or certify your service.

Ticking everything does not mean you will pass. The check asks whether you hold a document, not whether it is any good, or whether your documented processes are being followed in practice. Your auditor decides what evidence satisfies each indicator. Always work from the current NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators, and where anything here differs, the official sources prevail.

Your answers stay in your browser. What you tick is saved only in this browser on this device and is not sent to us. It is kept for 30 days, including after you download your report, so you can close gaps and run the check again without starting over. After that it is deleted automatically. You can clear it yourself at any time using the link at the bottom of the tool. If you are on a shared or public computer, clear it when you finish. Your use of this tool is governed by our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
