About Paperbark NDIS

Before I started consulting, I spent more than six years in senior management at a Certification Body. I wore a lot of hats! Auditor, technical reviewer, final decision maker, and dashboard designer. I started Paperbark Quality Collective in 2025 to provide strategic support to providers navigating the human services sector.

In my time working in NDIS quality, I've seen a clear and repeated problem. Well-intentioned providers wanting to do the right thing, buying generic template packs that don't match their practice. Leaving them vulnerable, not only at audit time, but as their organisation grows.

I developed these tools to lower the barrier to entry for all providers wanting to do good work. Auditor-level logic, accessible for free or at a fraction of the cost of traditional consulting.
