Is the Verification Toolkit really free?
Yes. The Verification Toolkit is free with a registered account: no catch, no follow-up marketing emails, no spam. The only reason you need an account is so your answers save as you go and you can return to your work and regenerate your documents at any time.
How do I know if I'm on the Verification pathway?
Your registration groups decide. If they are all flagged as Verification (rather than Certification) by the NDIS Commission, you are on the Verification pathway. If you have received your Initial Scope of Audit, it will say which audit you need. If you are not sure, the Knowledge Hub walks through it.
What if I don't know how to answer a question?
Every question comes with context explaining what auditors check and why it matters, so you understand the requirement before you answer. You can change any answer later and regenerate your documents.
Why don't you use AI-generation?
AI still hallucinates, and compliance documents that confidently describe requirements that do not exist are a real risk for a provider. The Verification Toolkit uses expert logic built by an NDIS Lead Auditor, and when the standards change, the logic is updated.
What happens to my data?
Your work is saved to your account while it is active, so you can come back to it. We do not auto-delete it on a timer, and you can delete your data or your whole account yourself at any time. Every pack you generate includes a JSON backup to keep.
